Ferry Road Health Centre, Rye

The surgery is open from 8.30 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. We also offer a pre-booked appointment surgery on a Saturday morning.

Our surgery offers a number of pre-bookable appointments, which can be booked up to two weeks in advance. All other appointments are allocated on the day. Patients wishing to be seen should telephone the surgery at 8.30am when they will be offered an appointment time for later that day. Patients may also book appointments via the internet. Please ask at Reception for more details.

We also offer telephone consultations for patients. Patients should telephone at 8.30 am when details will be taken to be passed to the Doctor.

We ask patients to book appointments with their own Doctor, whenever they are available, as we feel that personal lists improve patient care. However patients are free to consult whichever Doctor they feel can help best at the time, although they may have to wait longer to see their chosen Practitioner.
