Do I need to register with you to order online?

Can I just telephone my order through?

Yes you can, on 020 7097 1502, but ordering online lets you keep a track of your past orders with us.

Your details will never be supplied to anyone else without first obtaining your consent, unless we are obliged or permitted by law to disclose it.
We dont ask for credit card details online.

What do I do if I have a food allergy?
|
|
Recipes may change from time to time and therefore we strongly advise you check the ingredients list on the product at time of order. Please dont hesitate to call us and talk through your requirements.

Can I place orders in advance?
|

Yes - you can place orders any time in advance. However prices may change from the time you placed your order.

What if my chosen items are not available?
|

Where necessary we will substitute unavailable products with an alternative of equal or greater value.

Can I still order deliveries after 10am?
|
|
Yes you can, because our boxes are freshly made to order, after 10am we just cannot guarantee that you will receive what you asked for. If for any reason we dont have sufficient produce we will always substitute with an alternative product.

How do I amend/cancel an order?
|
|
Orders can be amended or cancelled up until 4pm on the working day before delivery. You can do this through the My Basket section on the website or alternatively you can e-mail your amendment to us at orders@lhorta.com
