WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT WHEN BUYING VINTAGE?
Most of the products listed on Moli d'en Portella are vintage or antique and as such they will typically show some wear and tear consistent with their age. We try to give a fair assessment of the condition of our items and list any significant damage or mark in the listing description.


To protect yourself from disappointment or something unexpected, we strongly encourage you to closely inspect item photos, descriptions and details before purchasing anything and then again upon delivery or pickup. If you're unsure about an item's condition, dimensions, quantity, or description, send your questions to us using the form on the contact page and don't hesitate to request additional photos.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER OR RETURN AN ITEM?

WHAT DOES FREE COLLECTION MEAN?
"Free Collection" means that buyers can save delivery costs by picking up the item directly from us.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept bank transfer only.

WHEN DO I PAY FOR AN ITEM?
We collect payments from buyers at the time of the sale and hold the proceeds until after confirmation that the item has been picked up or delivered safely to the buyer.

When the buyer chooses to have an item delivered using the Delivery Service, shipping costs are to be paid in cash to the courier.

CAN I SELL ON MOLI D'EN PORTELLA?
Moli d'en Portella only lists products from furniture dealers and retailers that have been approved by our team. If you are a professional furniture dealer/retailer and are interested in joining us as a seller, please email us at info@molidenportella.org.

We do not list items from private sellers.
