A British surgeon was reported in the news today to be recommending that the U.S. should eat more haggis.

Does anyone know why? What's even in it?

No offence to my Scottish friends, but you've got to admit, it does look kinda weird.

Despite its' looks, it's actually pretty good, although it's mostly pearl barley [OK with a bit of lung thrown in]. Fun fact: The part of the sheep used in the making of haggis is know as ';the Pluck';.

Does anyone know what type of sushi this is?
